1. Open your image in Photoshop. Mine is this little striped square.

2. Right click on the layer. Scroll down to "Blending Options".

3. Click on "Stroke". Something will come up that looks like this (more or less depending on your version of Photoshop).

4. Change size to somewhere between 1-250 (1 being quite thin and 250 being very thick.) I chose 2. Now your going to want to change the position to inside and you can change the color to anything you want.

5. Now you have a image with a border on it!
